Tangent topic: I'm trying to keep a manifest of all of our drop items, but we have alot of details to fill in. Getting in contact with everyone is also difficult sometimes.

So I went to Vaughnsville Ohio today.

There is nothing there. Literally, they have a USPS and a traffic light. There is absolutely nothing that even resembles government or large corporation building. They don't even have an eat-in restaurant or a McDonald's for that matter.

Most of the houses are pretty dilapidated. Most are flat out abandoned and not livable.

I did not take pictures because there just wasn't anything to take a picture of. Lots of garbage homes, and farm. I might be on IRC tonight for a better explanation, but definitely tomorrow in case of any questions.

So, I've found someone to go get the drop. A guy by the name of Colin who's a reporter for the Hermiston Herald (the newspaper in Hermiston, OR)

He said he'd give it a shot tonight, I gave him all the info he needed to pick it up including the images of the potential book covers.

He's got my phone number and email address, so I'm hoping to hear from him before the night is up.

A few things.

As drawbars mentioned above, we listened to the "announcement" on HF. It's very numbers station esque, a female voice saying "attention, attention" followed by a long string of numbers. At the moment we're unsure how to decode it. There was no offset at the end, so we can't decode it like a black OTP message, and it doesn't come up with anything if you try to convert it as decimal.
Also, the call cut off towards the end and we had to redial, so we missed a few numbers. It's hard to be certain that all of them were transcribed correctly due to the crackly, muffled nature of voice over HF. Something else strange - the agent instruction codes have changed again. They were previously saying "Electoral Area A" for Ai's number and "collect region ten blue book drop" for the other agents, but now they are all saying

We get HF transmissions by calling the agent system (303 309 0004) and then entering agent code 150120587#
However calls to this code only last about 52 seconds, so if there's a long message or conversation being broadcast, you have to keep redialling when it cuts off.

For what it's worth, I'll try to listen in too, if I can find the correct frequency (I'm reading through your guys' wiki right now so I assume I'll come across it there). But my radio is smallish and I live down on the gulf coast in a place which seems to be away from most of the game's area of operation, so I don't know how well I'll be able to receive it.

It'd be killer if the PM gave out QSL cards after this game ends - not that I want it to anytime soon.
