For now we just have a list of people able to donate and list of ideas how to find other people on Kauai, i think we need about 200$ for that plane ticket. Our guy is on Honolulu and it is about 80 miles south of Kauai, so boat is not an option.
I just found out thta one geocache is very near our drop

(This thread has the worst title ever, took me forever to find.)
I'll cross-post this from the SA thread:
Quote:
Apologies for my inactivity.
I just spent the last three days almost completely at work trying to get a big website deployed. I got five hours of sleep total during a 64 hour period, two of them were spent at my office sleeping on uncomfortable beanbag chairs using my coat as a blanket underneath the comforting green glow of an exit sign.
Tonight is no dice, as I need to watch my kids while my wife is with some friends.
Tomorrow, though, should be great to go make the pickup. I know everyone is antsy (myself included) but the timing was just all wrong this week.

[20:41] Xkeeper 18036 is clearly right, but the rest of it is incomprehensible
[20:41] crash_demons if it's obvious, then why `468:18036:8<88:0<4<486>000<`
[20:46] crash_demons if you assume there's a lot of bits missing, 468:18036:8|88:0|4|486:000
[20:48] Xkeeper same weird data, then " 1383581505" (replace w/ current time)

[20:05] Xkeeper that was a call to 17002 on dialer
[20:05] Xkeeper just decoded

[20:05] Xkeeper still no idea what the chop bits are for
[20:05] Xkeeper they clearly have SOME meaning
[20:05] nadando tm_year=2013, tm_mon=1, tm_mday=29, tm_hour=18, tm_min=58, tm_sec=40
[20:05] Xkeeper but I don't know hwat
[20:07] Xkeeper http://pastebin.com/mtEJ43Vi here is latest 17002
[20:29] Xkeeper http://xkeeper.net/private/otp22/abism.php
ABISM tones mostly decoded, they're similar to previous ones. I'll do some writing about the format later, but if you open them in a spectogram and take note of the frequencies as bits from top-to-bottom (tone = 1) you can paste it into abism decoder.
New abism-like tones from 16042, 16043, and 17002 use Reverse, Chop Bit 4. Old ABISM tones from 17001 use Add 0x20, Chop Bit 6.
Chop bit in new ABISM-like tones seems to be more data, but unsure of what. Any help appreciated.
