Which begs the question -- why was the response worded that way? Is the response possibly a coded message or cipher key?

I suppose I could have taken a "yes" as meaning, "yes you may ask". This way there is no confusion. Funny, I haven't assembled the map since I got all the cards. After I finish eating this banana I'll have to do that. Hmm, I don't think my cubicle is big enough.

Done. It doesn't quite fit like I'd planned, so they wrap onto multiple lines. Hopefully it's not too confusing though.

Not sure what you mean by that... like having the next station down each line listed? Hmmm... now that I think about that, something like this could work:
Polygon North
Carmine Line
Auger Park - Polygon North - Domus Plaza
Amber Line
Auger Park - Polygon North - Schrodinger's Junction

Yeah, exactly what I tried to communicate. That would be mighty nifty.

on subway stations: would it be possible to put links to adjacent stations in a popup marker for the subway station?

Not sure what you mean by that... like having the next station down each line listed? Hmmm... now that I think about that, something like this could work:

Polygon North
Carmine Line
Auger Park - Polygon North - Domus Plaza
Amber Line
Auger Park - Polygon North - Schrodinger's Junction

On a related note, I had made an attempt at marking in the actual subway lines . Still needs some work where they overlap, you really can't tell what's going on in some places.

This may get lost with the rest of the today's excitement, but the map is now complete! As well as adding Wave 4 cards, I also added better scans for some of the others.

The new wave meant that more locations needed to be plotted, and there are now so many streets (nearly 400) that the script can't handle marking them all at once. I have had to remove the show all streets link for now (you can still search for them, or go here to see a text list).

There were also a lot of Places of Interest, which made it confusing to find the more important ones by just showing all. I moved some of the main ones into a new category of "Important Places". All the locations in that category also link to the related Wiki page.

Oh, and I removed that silly little overview map. If anyone actually found that thing useful let me know and I can put it back.

This is my first day and I have to say I am impressed by the amount of work/thought/intellect that has gone into this whole experience by the participants and some do indeed merit the praise of 'genius' but more than that: I am stunned by the co-operation that exists in a competition like this and equally, heartened by it. In a world of internet insults and ignorance; the fact that so much hard work is being shared for a common experience just warms me...
and it's like who cares who 'wins' let's all get there together, and then it's like, really Purdy you shouldn't post when imbibed and then I was all...

This is seriously gonna be my life for as long as it lasts...
