Well, i googled Sons of Loki cause i'm mates with their, well, 'leader' and he'd told me how crazy all this shit had become. Naturally, i didn't believe him and had to find out myself :']
Some of the stuff people have posted on here is mental. And whats with all these numbers and shizzle?
...Sons of Loki aren't sinister or evil, and i'd hardly even call them a cult...more of a gang. It's not really harming people at all, it's a group of people doing harmless mischievous things to piss the general public off really. Loki is the god of mischief...don't ask why i know all this stuff, friends never stfu about it :']

Subject THE END IS NEAR... no joke.
Body: The game I developed for online alternate-reality immersion is nearing it's end!!!!

Originally entitled, "Drawing Down The Wolf", an AIM message was sent to a player by FATHER ENOCH under the name "EnochOfGatewood". Enoch's character is a religious leader of a small village-turned-parallel universe to which a door was opened in the 1600's, on Roanoke Island.

Enoch's dilemma was that he was running out of time to try and break a curse that bound his bloodline there forever.

Five pages of an occult manuscript are needed to free Enoch and the children of Gatewood, thus players have taken on the job of "revolution" and "recovery." The problem is, a malicious group of people known as "THE SONS OF LOKI" want the pages too, as these pages contain ritual type incantations which decide the fate of the world... Either it shall be lost at the hands of "THE CHAOTIC ONE", or the players will succeed in...

[17:03] Thanks so much! I wish it had turned out exactly as I had planned, but the unscheduled hard drive crash made that almost impossible.

[17:06] Well, there was alot of video that was done in "Gatewood" and all that footage went with the crash. I wanted the story to be something that was written by Elliot, that came to life.

Thank you all, for showing so much dedication...

I would like to thank all of the players for their participation and PATIENCE as this ARG came to an end.

It will forever make Ed Wood look like Steven Speilberg.

Much work went into this ARG, and I have gained much knowledge from it as it was my first. There are no other PMs, as the game was operated entirely on my own.

I hope in the future I can bring you better ARGs, providing standard performance + no errors w/ my computer.

Epilogue

So the young prince battles the monster that threatened the lives of many villagers, avenging the loss of those he loves. He takes up the sword, fights to the death, and becomes a man, a true leader.

Not in this story. I tell the tale as I have written, but the truth is far more complex than we would like it to be read.

Parting the branches, the leaves beneath young Sladius' feet are crunching louder than they ever have before. Sweat begins to run down his face despite the icy wind. His hands tremble as he fearlessly crosses the outer stones.

He crosses them with haste, with the desire to discover what lies beyond the walls of his prison.

It is when he approaches the tree line that he notices something unfamiliar.

The names of the people who were able to enter and leave Gatewood, bringing supplies that the citizens would not have if it were not for these people.

Couriers not afraid to cross between worlds... couriers that the Great One had sent to make this story possible.

New Couriers, Bold Couriers.

"What do I do from here, oh Great One?"

His confusion increased as he tried to gather exactly what was happening around him. Turning back to the stones, he picked them up, looking under each one...

A a. B b. C c. D d... They were pulled from the earth, attached to a strong metal rod. He picked up the banner that protected the people from crossing the stones. It turned his hands black.

He jammed the Isis blade into the leaves in anger, and they turned white, filled with writing... about a prince who saves a village.

He picked up another and read on...

"This curse, this BLOCK, had finally ended. Sladius was to have to come to understand his existence."

"What???" he shouted. "A fairy tale? My whole existence is a fairy tale?"

He then caught his breath, slowed his breathing.

What about the Sons of Loki? What about Richie, Nancy, and the others?

Well, that's is what makes this story so unique. The imagination is capable of many things. Bring to life something of your own imagination, and what is to say that it does not develop one of its own? Sladius' existence wasn't a fairy tale in the literal sense, but a real thing that was bound by the constraints of evil acts.

The warriors would live on as well, assuming that the outside of their gates were accessible by planes and ships and rockets. They would still believe that the Earth was round for scientific reasons, and not to seperate them from the REAL universe. MG, Tipsila, Teri, Chad, Red, AngBa, Kelvin, Sylvia, and all the others knew what was real and what was not...

...but that is another story.

He sat down, remembering Lili. The stones began to rise from their places in the earth, smashing through the ribbon and pummeling the ground. All he could do was think. And think he did. He imagined the beauty of the world, the places he has wished to see.

The archaic buildings began to collapse, giving birth to a place that boasted the setting sun.

"Hey Sladius!" Lili said as she approached him.
"LILI! I have missed you so!"

Lili looked at him, puzzled, wondering what he was saying. Then she had to ask...

"Are you ok? What happened to you?"

Sladius smiled, a tear barely making its way through his eye.

"Would you like to talk about it over a glass of brandy?"

"Alright." She said as they walked toward the sunset side by side, smiling to each other.

"Let's find a comfortable area." He said. "It's a LONG story."
