It's that time again, kids! New email, this one from Jay's buddy Joe.

Jay sent me your email in case something happened to him. All I know
is that he is not in Township anymore and he did not meet up with me
last night as planned. I have been trying to access the employee
system using a temporary devcorp level-5 access, however I think the
systems security system is blocking my requests. I am sure if you can
get inside the image bank we can obtain what Jay called absolute
evidence. Something is going on with devcorp and Township, and the
community has a right to know. Use the login I have provided you
within this communication to gain access. Let me know what you find.

I am contacting you today in regards to a security situation which has developed over the past week in Township Heights. This situation involves a recently relieved employee from the Developmentis Corporation who has been required to take medical leave due to an untreated psychological disorder. This employee may try to contact residents in Township Heights for unknown reasons. He is currently going by the name of Joeseph W. Bertranio.
