Why on earth would they send a lunch certificate or anything other than cash. The rules clearly stated a $25k(cash) reward and nothing else to the contrary. What an idiot u r.

Is it at all possible that you discuss an opinion without resorting to insults? Calling someone an idiot serves no other purpose than to try and start a fight, and I'd rather you don't do that again.

further demonstrating how inept these folk are, they send the check to all winners in US dollars as opposed to a lunch certificate. Why is this dumb of them? With lunch certificates, not many would use it, with checks, many would. By sending a check, they must pay postage (to about 6,000 people) which turns out to be an extra 2,000 dollars.

I got my check too! I wonder if it has anything to do with the letter I wrote about 1 1/2 weeks ago or if it is a coincidence. I wrote saying that I never received my money, and then got the check in the mail right after that (abt. August 27). Strangly enough the check was dated August 3 though. Well at least we got paid.

I got my check. I never got notification that I was a winner, so this was a nice surprise.

Me either! I wrote a number of times asking why I didn't get notification but never received an answer back!

Letter is August 9th
No post stamp
Received Sat August 25th
