This is speculation and may not be relevant IN THE SLIGHTEST. But just in case the 48 Hours Web Page text WAS talking about them, what do Mirror, Hawk and Titanium all have in common? Geographic location? Age? Profession? Something they posted? A video? I know Hawk and I are both in academia. Are you, Titanium?

[48HIP] 48 Hours in Purgatory - The Relaunch

For those of you that are familiar with the history of 48 Hours in Purgatory, you know that it has gone through some substantial changes as of late. The movie was recast, major plot points were altered, and a whole lot of weird things happened, in the end making the movie better for a public release.

The ARE has now relaunched with a new forum:

This is a whole new forum, so everyone will have to re-register.

Some notes regarding this:

1) This ARG/ARE is a complete relaunch . New characters, new story, new audio/video, new everything. Not only is what happened in the past irrelevant to the story, it will actually HURT you to know about it.

There is a subforum here as it is, archived somewhere. Do NOT... repeat... DO NOT get any information from it. I ask that the forum remain archived; if a new forum is created for this, it should be just that: blank.

The PMs have asked that we not even talk about the last ARE. Pretend it never existed.

2) The above forum is arguably "out of game" forum, as far as I can tell. The PMs would prefer that discussions occur there because it's easier for them to monitor things, but I kinda know how things work around here so we'll see.

And, to be quite honest, the current PM there is banned here. Long story, don't ask.

3) For those of us that have followed this in the past, there is a minor issue with the previous forum (the "purgatorium"); during a PHP install the database was unlinked. It's still there, and will come back eventually.

4) Because of my relationship with the people behind 48 Hours in Purgatory , this will be the first and last time I will be posting on unFiction regarding it. No, I'm not a PM, but I'm also not one to play the odds with the Terms of Service here. You'll see me over there and elsewhere on UF, just not in this thread.

I would appreciate if some of the other regulars chime in here, start bringing the masses, and get on the new forums.

hi... i was following this last year...loosley...because i know someone who is in the movie

anyway i was at an after party for a play last night and one of the actors was tired becuase she had been at a shoot until 2AM....for skg films. she said it was a horor flick....lots of screeming and blood..and was for a short film.i guess 48hip isnt a short flim but it thought this cuold be relevant to this game..

The primary 48HIP forums have been shut down until September, so in order to keep everyone in contact and not flood this forum with nonsensical banter, I've created a new set of forums:

The site has a lot of french writings and we're decrypting them now and they will be brought over and added. It's V's diary, which states that the truth can be found on buses in the mail and other places. looks like this just got more real.
