Pardon the jump-in from a lurker, but wanted to make sure you guys saw this - from Uno's Facebook:

This is what you didn't want to see and what I didn't want to have to write. But the truth is that someone clearly wants to sabotage this badly enough that they've gone beyond being a mere nuisance and have crossed over into the area where I consider it a personal threat. This same individual attempted to sabotage prior projects of mine, and here they are again.

I've heard some refer to Hallucinine as "creepy." No, creepy is an individual who is still holding a two year-old grudge over not being included on a prior project to the point where they have ruined something that a number of people were enjoying. Beyond that, they've made statements and done things that border on stalkerish.

Since I have come to the decision to formally end this, I have gone back and read your posts on UnFiction. I've spent the last few days catching up. I can tell you now, the same person who is trying to ruin things on my end is likely the one who hacked your wiki. I'd bet the farm on it.

Are you such a parasite that you can't create anything worthwhile and good on your own and you have to be a cancer that ruins the creative efforts of others? Really? What a sad existence. If I wasn't so
furious over your tactless and cowardly attempts to damage something good, I'd feel sorry for you. Move on. Really.

To those of you like Casey's Mom, Drinking Mercury, Usagi, HeyBeesly, Noelle, AmanoJ, Christylezo, mmdoogie, ghost, simonkaroo, Pia Ward, datura, Lionheart, and all the others who contributed greatly: I thank you and I am deeply sorry it has come to this. I spent days trying to undo the damage done by this person, but I have to know when to call it a day and end it. When someone not only wants to tear
down the curtain, but make creepy and (what I consider) threatening statements in the process, everything ends. Enough is enough.

I'd like to tell you who I am. I'd like to get to know you. In a way, I already have. There is a lot of Uno/Adam in me and a lot of me in him. As fantastic and unreal as so much of this was, there is a backbone of reality to it... even moreso in the content that was upcoming but will never see the light of day. I consider some of you friends. Yes, already. Some of you have a light that shines through even across a medium as cold and impersonal as the internet.

However, having to end it this way, against my personal wishes, I don't know if it would be best to reveal myself. I consider the end result of this a failure and I wish I could give you all your time back. I wish I could get mine back too (aside from the fact that I got to "meet" all of you though this). A great deal of time, thought and effort went into this... only to have one bitter individual bring it to a crashing halt. I'd rather not have my real name tied to a failed piece of chaotic fiction.

I will still be available via the one@hallucinine.com email address for a while before I take the site down and vacate the domain name (which I still like). I'd love to hear from you if you have any thoughts.

Again, my deepest apologies. I don't like this any more than you do.

Ok-- the part that catches my eye is the "Hurricane Electric"..
Because before Sept. 9, whenever we entered a page that did not exist, the 404 error would lead to a hurricane electric page....
So, could be the pm is tossing a meta clue?? Or could be someone else messing with us for whatever reason. But if you look at the code @the silver ladder site, there are similarities in how it's written...

Does anyone have any thoughts on this... could hallucinine be an "entry" point for something else that coming up later??

Personally I have been enjoying the Hallucinine game. But the multiple pages of off-topic debate in the main thread is not only discouraging, it's also not the appropriate place for such discussion.
So, if anyone wants to continue discussing ANYTHING that is off-topic-- please post it OUTSIDE the in-game thread.

So, I've made a thread here that can serve as a place for whatever anyone feels the need to discuss/debate without cluttering up the game thread.

Please know that I am not trying to take sides in any way. I just feel that posting such things in the main thread serves no useful purpose, it only clutters it up. So here ya go! A place to comment, discuss, debate, or whatever. But please remember we are all human, we are all flawed, and we each have our own opinion. You can disagree with someone without making it "personal".
