It's not completely new, because this was one of the floorplans some time ago, but the title IS new, I believe. And yes, in a way they are the same, because - it's still spec, but there are some hints...

I wouldn't bet on that.
http://www.orbiconcorp.com/images/ says the same thing. It's just because you try to load up the index page to see what is in that directory. In other words: it's the default...
