I only recently noticed that the numbers next to the ciphers are simply character counts of the ciphers they refer to. Rolling Eyes

The characters are substituted for alphabetic letters, with the two exceptions you mentioned. There is no system for this, it's just random substitution of one character for a letter.

Well, every second is a blank character (00000000). Aligned correctly, you get one column with binary, but they don't make sense in column or from left to right. There must be something else here.
