Navy movies. Few and far between. Judging by the coloring I'd say; 'Technicolor' and look place this somewhere in the late 50's, early 60's(?)

Crying or Very sad I was so close.... kinda. I recognized Curt Jurgens and assumed around 70's but thought it was a 'gangster'-movie. Eventually I would have gotten around to guessing right... I think. Twisted Evil...
