Mm.. I think the PM are laughing and keeping in character. In one of her last emails to Cyfre Lucrezia said she'd "already booked a flight for the 13th". And we got no new mails from her or Unk...

I don't know.. I still think it should be some kind of simple cypher. After looking at Lucrezia's email address I tried again with the 2-digits block idea I had before and:
