When you log in it asks you "Can you find the 3 clues on this page?" (look down left). I believe that these are the clues that it is talking about.

You don't need to get a hotel in the city. If you get one in Joliet, there is an Amtrak train that goes from Joliet to Chicago. There are also express trains that travel to different parts of the city...
