I can try the lat/long format, but there's more characters there that can open the door for variants, and who knows which variant is right.

If you recall, the problem was the initial dvelopment of the AI. We know in the future that the Resistance is able to re-program terminators and send them back in time...

actually that's an interesting point... not sure if it'll lead anywhere, but the disconnected lines do seem to intersect circles at some point... it may be that the 'cap' piece is just unfinished.
