It's just reverse audio saying "the G list is coming - are you on the list?"

Actually they do cancel and the difference is the embedded image.
Attached is the raw TIF difference (in PNG format, also lossless), and a color corrected version. Painting? Very clearly hellish.....

the white text is backwards and reads "there is more" I definitely get "diaboli" as well the blocked...

Yep, caught the commercial last night and saw the flicker to "test subjects needed" at the end - literally a fraction of a second, barely readable, subliminal, blink and you miss it.
