well, just roughing the number puzzle, if the numbers are representative of a set pattern, then with
81150 116
and working with the 1's as double letter combos, these are the sets I could think ...

props to the PMs... I think this is the longest we've been stumped on a couple puzzles... I'm assuming there are two puzzles left now, with 6 clues
EDIT: probably 3 or 4 with 9 clues... bah
