Dear Mr. Amaal:
We're sorry for the problems you've experienced with our website design. The
informational sections do scroll but many people seem to miss the small area
down at the bottom right hand of corner of the text screen that enables the
scrolling. If you move your mouse over that area you should see it become a
hand icon and then you can activate the scrolling. You are not alone in your
problem though and we are looking into modifying the design.
