Mehetabel: oh dear. that seems troublesome.
ticktockhartbeat: He doesn't think straight sometimes, and tends to lie.
ticktockhartbeat: He also has blackouts in the middle of the day.
Mehetabel: one wonders what he's doing that he doesn't recall...
ticktockhartbeat: Usually passing out, according to Billy.
Mehetabel: well, that's porentially less bad than other things might be.

Mehetabel: certainly gives him a reason to be more interesting to the creature than you are.
ticktockhartbeat: Most of the zombies around here are the sentient ones, believe it or not. I don't think Brighteyes is quite one of them.
Mehetabel: not quite, or the dreams would be the least of your problems with him, i'm sure.
ticktockhartbeat: Yeah. The zombies around here, like I said, are actually quite nice.
Mehetabel: so, why's billy hunting them, if they're not troublesome?
ticktockhartbeat: He just has a thing for harassing them, I guess.
ticktockhartbeat: Doesn't think they deserve to be treated like real people. Typical Southern boy.
Mehetabel: bit of a git.

ticktockhartbeat: I heard him telling a story about how he tied one up and made the poor thing hold his golf tee in its mouth so he could play off the rooftop of a warehouse.
Mehetabel: any chance brighteyes was using devin to get to billy?
ticktockhartbeat: Probably not. No motive.
ticktockhartbeat: The only one of us he has any connection to is Devin.
Mehetabel: *nods*
Mehetabel: so, we've got something that's half-undead that only has a connection to devin, but is now also after the undead hunter.
ticktockhartbeat: And the crazy writer.
Mehetabel: right.
ticktockhartbeat: And hopefully no one else.
Mehetabel: well, i haven't seen him, yet. that's a plus.
ticktockhartbeat: Good.
ticktockhartbeat: Hopefully it will just stay between the three of us, then.

Mehetabel: however, one wonders about the individual who shot drew.

ticktockhartbeat: Getting on Dev's bad side is very hard to do. Luckily.
Mehetabel: fortunate, but one wonders about his stability with this whole not sleeping business.

ticktockhartbeat: Billy and I have decided it's best not to test his nerves.
Mehetabel: indeed.
ticktockhartbeat: He's usually nice enough, but he has his moments.
Mehetabel: his ... moments. is there any reason that drew would've been angry at devin?
ticktockhartbeat: No. Not at all.
ticktockhartbeat: They were, as Devin describes it, closer than lovers and everything more.
Mehetabel: okay, just double checking my assumptions about brighteyes.

Mehetabel: slowly, but surely.
