XXXX XXXXX DNA Sampling Model has been approved for continuation through 
direct recommendation from XX XXXXX. The XXXX XXXXX program will be 
developed utilizing our second generation DRBots which have proven 
effective in non-evasive sampling. Through this program DevCorp will 
XXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXX the sample population in order to test the final 
aspect of this endeavor. 

The first phase of XXXX XXXXX will be the marketing of the real world 
application of municipality parking management and accounting. This 
aspect will allow governmental officials to easily pass required red 
tape to begin program on a local level. 

After marketing is successful, municipalities will have XXXX XXXXX 
devices installed in the metropolitan areas for maximum sample 
collection. Community members will contribute DNA samples at a rate 
of 6 – 9 % of population a week. Final collection sampling of DNA will 
through other collection methods for those community members who do 
not utilize XXXX XXXXX. 

This program is the first major step in utilizing the XXXX DNA base map 
collected over 50 years ago by the government. Future items that will 
be utilized for collection are being prepared and local XXXXXXXX 
opportunities have been exploited.
