hey im jus another newbie, and a bit behind the times... but am good at french latin and maths and some cryptography (not much). only found out about perplexed city the other day (article in the guide from the guardian), but up to speed on everything i hope and ready to rock and roll. I hearby add my probably insubstantial mental weight to the botemless pit of ARG knowledge so yeh, im ready to play.

Jiimmy, here. I fear I may not need an introduction, but I'm just sleuthing with the rest of you. I'm going to have trouble with puzzles on my own, that much I can guarantee, but the logic of the crime is my forte. Look for specs from me, but worthwhile ones.
Note: As a prediction, I'll probably be the guy that gets that one card no one can find, and I won't know how to scan it!

Well, that's me. I'm new here (or late, depending on whether you want to stick with the party comparison).

(Sidenote: Is there anything I REALLY need to know that is going to slow me up dramatically (or, conversely, do I have anything that might help you people)? I heard someone mention something about being one of the first 100 - I just randomly bought some cards from firebox and they were delivered yesterday. Meh - confusion is ruling supreme at the moment, I'm afraid.

the card from firebox ...
if you received a yellow card 89 it would have been numbered in the bottom right corner and under the points system would have had a number or letter.

I suppose... I better do one of these introduction, things, better now than never... So I spose I've been following Perplex City since the Project synegy days (never knew how to spell it though!). So a little about me... not really a computer wiz or nothing, although my grandfathers pretty good at that kinda codin side of things, since he was on the pre internet and all that kinda stuff... he rambles a little I dont understand.. start singing in my head. Oh well okay. So me.. well I'm eighteen just done my A levels, Media, Film and Drama. Nice Defered uni for a Year though, Gonna do another A level in Art. So there all really my specilised subjects. More the Arts than Acedemic subs... dont mean I dont know anything acedemic though. In a bar the other day me an a good girl friend were talking about the chemical structure of the alcohol we were drinking and levels of ethanol content... later this discusion transmuted itself into D.N.A. base pairs and how they replicate themselves. ( okay bad termanology) but you get the meaning. I hope!
