 		Jersey doesn't seem to like immigrants very much... he calls them "refuse" (double meaning though: garbage... or refugees?)

 		The interesting thing is that Jan is being watched because Jersey asked about her, while Kamal is being watched because Durga sees something interesting about him.

It almost leads me to believe that Kamal may be more important than Jan, who became part of the story just because she's a hot chick that lives nearby Jersey.

I don't think it's because he's an immigrant that he dislikes him, I think it's more the fact that he's connected with Aidan, hacking, spying and generally the sort of scummy things that 'low lives' do. They're not the most upright and law abiding people in the world.

Yes, we now see that the Kamal (Curious_Girl) and Jan (Awful_fast) clips are all picked up by Durga and played to Jersey. Since each listening session started with an electronic interrupt, it seems ligical that all the interrupts are caused by Durga's initial incursion. This would include the initial glitch in Jersey's system when Durga joined him. Is Durga also still somewhere else (I Love Bees?) and just listening in on Jersey only in a more interactive way?

I think Durga is Melissa as both are staring at Mirrors trying to see who is on the other side. The mirror is the "portal" or "interface" between the here and now and the future Halo universe. One of our jobs might be to resolve everything by getting them back together in the future - clearling up the ILB site and removing the threat to Dana.

Curious girl: Durga is following Jersey around the room, sounds like. Listen to Jersey crossing the room, then the fact that Durga speaks from that part of the room...

Hm.

She is not allowed to understand why Kamal is interesting? Huh. Up till this point, we've not been given ANY evidence that Kamal is anything but a medical student with an inclination for hacking and sub-par social skills.

The odd thing is, Jersey doesn't seem to be too averse to participating in the same kind of spying activities - he just seems to lack some of the skill and experience that Kamal has. Perhaps the "refuse" bit has more to do with the "our hoodlums" type of comment?

yeah, i'm wondering about Kamal's importance too

but Jan "just a hot chick"? not bloody likely... this is a very complex and well crafted story... that may be why Jersey wanted info on her, but maybe that's why Durga was put on his box in the first place............

So, I agree she's a very special person. But that was not the reason why Durga started to watch her. To me was clear that Jersey only asked about her because she's a hot chick that lives nearby. He actually wanted to see some pictures of her ...

 		I tried to translate the dialogues from good_at_my_job. Bear with me...the tape was EXTREMELY quiet with a lot of static background noise.


Aiden (on chatternet): I'm testing quality assurance...Ya know...I need people that can work well under pressure.

Durga as Hitman: You want them arrested? Jail's a bigger ticket item. (Can't understand what he says...something about rattle and roll?) I was thinking this time you can...

Aiden: REGULAR PRICES!

Durga as Hitman: You wanna stay best friends with me, Aiden? I keep a lot of friends, friend. I know the going rate.

(I think at this time Aiden can't hear them. There's no com-beep though.)

Jersey: Un-freakin-believable!

Durga (normal voice): Ya know what I am?

Jersey: Incredibly illegal?

Durga as Hitman: Good at my job!

Jersey: You do a good impression! Just what the world needs, a super-
powered spyware with a sense of humor! Wow!

Durga (normal voice): I've been thinking a lot about bees...


I have a theory about this. I'm completely positive the hitman is Durga...tricking Aiden into hiring "him" as a hitman. Not sure who for...or why. Jersey probably had her do it...to get Aiden in trouble because he knows he's cheating on his girlfriend (doesn't he?), whom is who Jersey likes. Just my theory...sketchy as it is.
If anybody can correct me or fill in that garble....PM me!
