If that's it, catherwood, go ahead and post.
I've got movies; But, I haven't done any caps for them.
* Rogi Ocnorb * makes a note to go out and get DMDWP as a 2nd viewing is long overdue.

you know, when i googled the text on the first image, i got a hit on DMDWP as well. I thought it would be cheating to guess both. Mostly I wanted to point out that there was no guess and less than 24 hours between the posting of the two clues, which made me feel like this round was being rushed. I didn't take the 2nd clue into account, and was only guessing on info from the first. So, I yield the win to Rogi -- unless he's not ready, in which case I'll have something on Friday night (the stills are on my other computer).

Actually, I think catherwood's right and Puppy's just being mean. Wink

Ha! Lucky I saw this one yesterday. So I guess I'm up again after stating the title of this stunning movie. I never seen a movie without any smile from friendly people. Very hard to tell them apart from the really rotten ones. Amazing world.
Winters Bone.

done.

four vehicles and they're all Chevy trucks. Gonnna have to think about that one. And the apparent age of that van making the year more recent.

Had to post to finish the "M" story, though.

Sorry gang. It's neither of those. This one lends itself to telling the story with pictures; So, that's how I'm going to try to do it.
Two guesses. Two Pictures.

BTW...
The girl in the middle has a more important role in the story than the boy in the sailor suit.
and
I know Puppy meant the 1982 version; But, checking on it, you could almost pick any year and somebody did a project with that name.
ETA: New day... Adding another pic

39 Steps is a classic and numbers are easy to mix up. Except when it's 90210 or 666. Twisted Evil

I know I'm wrong but it sure looks like shots from:
The Wall

the first title that popped into my head is "The 400 Blows" (1959) -- i'm searching for confirmation (or rejection) images now... not having much luck with that sailor suit.

(ok, to be honest, the *first* title that popped into my head was "39 Blows" for some reason, but googling helped me get back on track. I have no idea what neurons were misfiring there)

Heh. I forgot there was a 1960 version. Nope. Though the primary subject of the film does suffer from something like "time-out"s.
