I wonder if that's actually Violet? Or even their mother?

If (and I'm not convinced, that's a serious amount of money) there is a reward that high, I'm betting that most of it is going to come out of the profits they make on those cards. How many packs do you think we'll have to buy to get the full set?

Right - don't have much to say other than bloody hell - this is going to be one hell of a ride!!!

All this buildup is like slowly getting winched to the top of the rollercoaster - if there is a puzzle on each card, and we all get a pack and a badge, this is going to take a hell of a lot of organisation and coop...

but then, thats what we do best Cool

Wow, those cards look good! If we get our hands on them we'll have to play swapsies and start trading cards like little school-boys (and girls) Very Happy

Did you notice the size on the cards? 15cm x 10 cm... (~4x6 inches). These are more postcards than trading cards. I wonder if THE postcard image is among them... and I wonder if these have post card backs. I think it would make them cheaper to print.

Also... 4 packs of 6 cards each... 24 cards for 10 pounds.. or about what? Wow US$19 at current exchange rates. Not too far from what you'd expect postcards to cost, really.

Wow. Very Happy I guess this gives us a clue that firefox are partly involved in funding, but £100,000!?! There has to be more companies in on it to raise that kind of money.

OK...

cards numbered back to front, 89, 110, 91, 170, 25, 123, so atleast 170 cards to collect, 333 would be nice, then perhaps between us we would have a full set.

Text message card curious, wording I can make out is:
was in...
hole t...
poison
carna...
of bar
a lips
now s...

The only word I can think of that begins carna is Carnation...anyone else?

[Edit] Thanks guys...Carnage and Carnauba wax...the latter intriguing, but I suspect not correct Laughing

Also the cards don't seem entirely PPC specific (flags are Earth based (apart from the Welsh one of course Smile)). Lots of separate puzzles, or lots of small bits to one big puzzle we're going to have to work together on as we'll only have a certain number of cards each

The above post is way more informative than mine was.

So as not to waste it though, that word could also be carnage, perhaps. Why would a card about PPC have an Earth mobile phone on it anyway?

Well... carnauba wax... and...
[Edit: carnal! oh, and Carnack.. as in Carncak the magnificent, Johnny Carsons psychic character.]

[Edit again:
and lets not forget carnage! ]
