Hi Tangohead -
You should look on Nik_Doof's wiki Front page, bottom-right for "Tools & Other Links".
As for the parcel of pre-release cards, you missed the parcel puzzle. We entered our answers and shipping details on the PC site last week, and only the first 333 respondants were to receive these cards and Leitmarks.

Righty ho Happy to have another person on board
To answer your direct questions, to get the source code, click view in the menu bar at the top of IE/Firefox and click source, it should then open in notepad or the firefox viewer most likely (my IE one doesn't work though... random)
The parcels, we received an email informing us of a website where we had to solve a puzzle and then enter it, and our details (address etc) to get the parcel. It was worth it
If you have any other questions, try to consult the wiki , or PM me and I'll be happy to help (although I think I'm going to be busy this weekend, so not til monday )
Jeb
edit - damnit too slow

I used to have that problem in IE, but it fixed itself when I got a new computer and switched to XP from 2000. It was most annoying. What I never figured out was how once in a blue moon I would forget and try again, and it would work on one site, but never that site or any other again. That's life. But now I use Firefox anyway, and it really is a wonderful thing. Really. Go download it now and never have the problem again!
