I finally got mine, just when I had given up hope. (In Washington DC)

222=R

My spec is that its plain english - the frequencies are about correct and it looks right in places (starting with I, "game")

I don't really think this is a puzzle in the standard sense. I think it is just a counterbalance to the 'individualistic' nature of the cards. Effectively a reminder from the PM's to play together nicely.

Okay, I'm an impatient sort, and while this is all wild guessing, I'm going to post my thoughts on possible bits of the letter code while we wait for more letters to come in.

I'm speccing (and yes its always fun to spec =D ).. that this will tell us how to access the signup/enlist page for the ranking and perplex city points system. Which I am sure they will release with the cards.. but this will give us a head start on it.

Okay, upon further wild random letter-guessing, I'm speccing that this code will tell us where on Earth we'll be able to purchase cards from.

THis is just an extension of my thoughts above, but the first part could be "write to reveal the location of the first 9 stores that will be ...[marketing PPC stuff]..."

and now I think the last words are "New York." And starting with 305, could be "Coventry City."

oh! and 255 could be "Stockholm."

Am I on the right track? Should I add spoiler labels or something? (I don't have any proof that this is correct, just going on the possible/likely combinations.)

Well the "events the second of june" part didn't pan out, but I think the GE_E__S part is "generosity", maybe "our generosity"

I quite like the "counterbalance the competitiveness...play nicely" theory regarding the letter codes.
Ever since the money was mentioned people have been getting a bit scary!

I got my parcel on friday but was immeadiately whisked away for the weekend and have been nowjere near a pc. It was tough. The code on my letter is 317 = O
