Somebody please throw me a bone?
These are the *exact* names I've found for these systems:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
1: Atari 2600
2: Sinclair ZX81
3: Acorn BBC Micro B
4: MITS Altair 8800b(t)
5: Commodore 64
6: Nintendo Entertainment System
7: Apple II (*not* a IIe)
8: Sinclair zx Spectrum
9: NeXTcube (yes, a one-word logo on back)

I've tried different wording for:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
3: BBC Micro
3: Acorn BBC Micro
3: Acorn BBC Micro B
3: Acorn BBC Micro Proton
3: Acorn BBC Micro Model B/32K
3: Beeb (nickname)
4: MITS Altair 8800b(t)
4: MITS Altair 8800b
4: Altair 8800b(t)
4: Altair 8800b
6: Nintendo Entertainment System
6: NES (nickname)
8: Sinclair zx Spectrum
8: Speccy (nickname)

... to no avail. But, with so many ways to name them, I could have *one* wrong, and never know which it is! Do I have too much info? Wrong wording? Is one of them altogether just plain *wrong*? Please help! Crying or Very sad

Thank you very much, Dusty! Wink
I wonder if my problem was something so minor as *not* using *The* in front of 'Next Cube'? That's the only thing I didn't try. Sheesh! Rolling Eyes

Keep up the great work! For what it's worth (at this point, I just think it's interesting), you have a total of *333* points to go, out of a possible 2,162 pts for this wave. Maybe 'they' are trying to tell us we'll *never* solve those 6 cards? Razz

My answer was accepted with just "Next Cube" for the last entry.

Well then, just shoot me! Embarassed
I was trying as many different combinations as there are phone numbers. The harder I tried, the more confused and discouraged I got. I was obviously making it too hard! Rolling Eyes

I just can't to get these entered correctly. Can someone help! I even tried to copy your entries into solve boxes (I know it's cheap but after all the seaching to find these answers then having a space of capital letter kicking my butt is ridiculous) I spent more time on Google Images that I thought humanly possible. Thanks again.

...and had it accepted. afaik, the answers are case INsensitive so that shouldn't make a difference. spaces will, though...

(and thanks for the hint for number nine - i don't think i would've ever remembered that particular bunny - although it should have been obvious .. perplex city .. the hunt .. the number nine .. Smile
