(EMAIL) FACAB about Emily Jacobs - 5/1

Dear Registrant,

Keeping with our policy of free information we would like to inform you
that Emily Jacobs is now considered a rogue agent. Today she displayed
herself to be a traitor to the country and escaped during an attempt to
arrest her. We currently fear she may be working with terrorists in a
attempt to weaken this country. We ask all of you to please report any
possible sightings of Emily. Please do not attempt to contact her
yourself as she is extremely dangerous.
