Strange riddle

can anyone see what the following passage implies or hides?

a Tall man, Gypley, Calculated the property of Flux in his
Apartment. finally, he found a Quadric equation of Topsecret
of the Core of the flux. we wanted to solve it by Dialectic methods.
before long, he found that there were some defects on these.
he focused on the first three parts of them. but he couldn't find a miss.
he thought that his head was like a ROCK...
