 		update notification
if anyone is interested, i wrote a quick program to refresh the website every 15 seconds. if there is a change, it sends a message to my cell phone to alert me. anyone else want an alert sent to an email or anything? if so, give me an email address and I will add yours to the list.

 		compare the source for the site to the one just previous to the refresh. i was worried about the timer, but it doesnt show up in the source, so it doesnt change.

which was a bit of a problem really, since it uses cookies to stay logged in, so i ended up having to use an internetbrowser control and actually have the page open.


works like a charm. i tested it on some other sites, and i have also checked to make sure that it does indeed send out emails.


oh, and if you were referring to the "WebBrowser1.navigate "http://www.ourcolony.net" line, that is under the Form_Load function, which only gets called when the application begins running. then i navigate to the team page, login, click a button, and wait for an update.

again, if anyone else would like updates, let me know
