I registered with Flickr photo and asked Brigid a question. I got this email from her today.

Notice that she says that Jon met "us" rather than "me" at Peel Castle.

Any ideas anyone?

ok, that's really odd!

maybe this IS a new track after all...

it doesn't really help though, apart from the fact that we now know that Brigid was with someone else when she found Jon.

Maybe the 'us' implies all the people who helped her?

 		Just as a completely different theory, I noticed that the crossword clue involved a number 17.

and it has six parts to it, which might mean that the butterfly goes into square 6.

I realise that this was a clue to something else, but I'm just throwing it out there to see if anyone has a light bulb moment.

 		I sent her a message through flickr the other day asking what she thought about the photos - 'so Jon thought they were to do with an aleph, what do you think?' I wasn't feeling very imaginative at the time so it was a bit of a dumb question but I was just wanting to see if I could get any response - so far I've heard nothing in reply....

 		I'm starting to become suspicious that the PhotoFlkr photos might just be someone messing about. If whoever it was only sent out one email to me and then ignored everyone else, that doesn't seem in keeping with the other stuff that has happened so far.

Also, these photos were happened upon by chance on a site that has nothing to do with Stella Artois, and has no "you must be over 18" warning.

I smell a rat.

How strange... Jon found the Aleph... This is all in the past. We already
know he found the aleph meeting the star in peel castle. I mean thats
all done. It led us to the puzzle ahead of us now.

How does this relate to the puzzle now.
Why did these pics come out now.

She said they were on his phone when they found him at peel castle, where jon was looking for where an aleph meets the star. We used that clue along with the moody dooh to determine the whole ariat grid thing on the round table, peel castle thing.

so... what does this have to do with our current problem of 'the worth of a thing' I mean ... ok maybe we arent asking the RIGHT questions. Somone who has gotten a response ask Brigid this. Why did she name the photos like she did. Why 'The worth of a thing'(star T4) , and 'Is what it will bring'(Whites Farm, [no matter which way you throw me]legs symbol) Clearly she would have named them differently if they didnt have something to do with the current puzzle.
Jon took the pics... Maybe he is trying to help us from beyond the devils reach... perhaps she is just gonna tell is thats what their names were on the phone. He would have no idea she would release the photos
but perhaps he intended us to see them as a clue to help somehow.
To find an Aleph. ... perhaps there is something we are overlooking
Why would jon want us to 'Find an Aleph' or for him to.

We need to confirm this is really brigid somehow.

 		I just called Peel Tourist Information and asked them if there was a "Whites Farm" somewhere around there. They didn't know.

I do think the photos are bizarre... mainly because they seem out of place in the context of where we are in the game.... but then again, everything begins where it ends, so maybe we do have to go backwards?

still, i'm taking these photos with a pinch of salt...

How helpful Rolling Eyes So we know Jon didn't fid the Book of Star, but I think we'd already come to that conclusion.

I'm not sure about this. The messages seem in keeping with her style from previous emails, and all the info in her profile, tags etc is S&S-related, but I guess that it be easy enough for somebody to imitate her. Her profile's not giving much away, but on the other hand her ebay profile and listings were pretty sparse as well, so I guess that doesn't prove much either way. At the moment I'm leaning more towards genuine, but I can't see the relevance or benefit of throwing this in at this late stage in the game - there doesn't seem to be any new info in it, unless they're labouring the point that we're missing a big clue somewhere, which I suppose is entirely possible.

 		Book not found.
Wait a minute... he DID find the book. It was in his updated journal in
the december section. He said the book was in code. This is the whole reason
he was being hunted by Brigid and S+S. He sold his soul for access to a mythological Library so he could obtain the book and gain power over S+S.
It was in code and he couldnt figure it out, he went to peel looking for clues.
...

... Assuming this is our brigid, perhaps he hid the fact that he found the book from them. Maybe the Aleph is our clue to find the book. Maybe jon hid it. ... hiding room... is the book hiding for us to find?
