In the comments of the picture that says "The revolution is around the corner" on the sign at Cinegrill in front of the Roosevelt Hotel. Oddly enough, he also posted a picture of this same sign earlier in his blog and it had no message on it at all.

I'm guessing that has significance, but I don't know what. It could mean that we are supposed to be at some event at 8:30 pm tonight at the Roosevelt Hotel. I'm trying to ignore that possibility because it would mean I would not be there for it being on the wrong coast and all. Wink

It's listed on THX's blog.. there are ALOT of newimages
in the gallery section of www.outcolony.net alot featuring the Gear encircling
the letter B with a red/blue background and the Ourcolony
Ant. I've never seen these before and I'll drop it if someone
else has, but last I checked most of these photos were NOT
in the gallery section before

Perhaps a clue? Perhaps "OurColony" is the first word in the answer? It does point to the clock again. The truth will be revealed to "OurColony before the rest of the world"? Maybe that phrase has to be interpreted somehow.

It looks like what got the architects attention, how THX was chosen, was an email he sent to challengeSPLATourcolony.net (I think, but I can't find the thread I saw that in). Maybe we need to send the assembled response to that address, or maybe the decoded letters/numbers are the email address (ie, 3sixzeroSPLATourcolony.net, or something like that).

And the clock, what's the clock mean? It's the same for everyone, but is the MTV special showing at the same time around the world? If not, then the clock being the same for everyone wouldn't necessarily signify something happening one hour before the show (except for East Coasters). Does it mean something else? What happens when it hits zero?

Another chain of thought, if THX was in LA, at the taping, perhaps he's to give us a clue during the show tonight. Maybe we have to wait until then.

I'm also really curious to know how the code was found in the blog.

No doubt. His post seems legit (other than the mispellings). But sharing the details of how the puzzle worked might help the rest of us come up with ideas we've apparently missed. We fight, we fail. If we work together, we can win.

If you're asking how he decrypted the message, it was easy. It was a direct letter substitution scheme:

X = T
J = H
I = X

Using those letters it's pretty easy to figure out the rest.
