So the leader of the military and the prime minister have vanished without trace? Hmmmm...
Coup, anyone? Veo ought to look out
Maybe other disappearences are something else, and being used as a cover.
Or the other people are collateral in some sort of coup... Or maybe it's just a whacking great coincidence.
I'm going with hiding the leader's disappearences in with the others because what better way to hide a needle than in a big pile of needles?

new entry New article:
Dimensional Leaks increase by 300%
Highest increase for 50 years.
Dimensional leakage is a subject that never seems to leave to news, today is no exception. The government have released new figures for the amount people that have accidentally or deliberately broken the dimensional boundary.
The figures for the past twelve months confirm suspicions that inter-dimensional crimes are on the increase. Accidental breaks are up to 5 but deliberate breaks are up to well over 125.
The recent trend of disappearances are thought to be one reason why the figures have suddenly jumped.

Is that the millenium bridge?
What I don't get is how these 3b people have cars, computers and time travel, but not colour photography.
probably nothing, but nonetheless a little wierd.

New update:
Quote:
Proposed Exclusion Zone
Residents of Terrent are to be relocated
A government press release today confirmed suspicions of a new exclusion zone. The zone set to be over 50 miles wide, will be the largest yet. Understandably the residents of Terrent, as small town located within the zone are angry.
"I'm not being moved, its not fair they cant just demand us to move" Jim Norman of the Terrent residents association commented. However it seems they have little choice, the zone will become active within the month.
So then, next time shes on "Whats an exclusion zone!" lol[/quote]

Don't know if this's been posted yet, but in the images directory there is http://www.imfriendly.co.uk/images/5052.jpg, which is the (as yet unused) b&w version of one of the stills in 102.mov. The picture does not appear to be stegged.
(*hope i haven't ruined the next PM's clue )

okay... i think we've missed a ton of info
on the "informant"... i've been working
on the code that was included in knightowl's
email from zoe.. (i'll post what i have
from that under "confront zoe")
anyhoo
all these punctuation problems seemed
very familiar.. and then i remembered all
the informant articles.. so far i've
only checked out the exclusion zone.. but
i can see that there are probably messages in
the hammy article and the dimension leak
article as well... check it out
if you are into correcting punctuation
and unscrambling letters..

Grammar Nazi Yowzers! I can't believe that I missed all that. I used to correct the grammar of English teachers for a living. (Editorial Asst. for an educational publishing company.
There's a lot of grammar mistakes on this site. I think that I'll scan my red pen marks in when I get home in an hour or so.
Good catch! This could be a bunch of info. (Or a really wild red herring.)

Grammar Errors I think I've got them all in here. There are a few problems that are possible problems and some that are definite. Some are kind of weird.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
It goes:
preceding letter-grammatical mark-following letter:
Proposed Exclusion Zone Article:
e-,-s
y-,-t
a-remove "s"-s [odd error, not mark related]
e-,-a
t-'-d
t-;-t
n-'-t
e-,-J
r-,-i [optional]
e-.-T
Preceding letters - bracketed leters are possibles:
ey[a]ettne[r]e
Following Letters:
st[s]adttJ[i]T
Dimensional Leaks Article:
s-.-T
t-"have"-r [strange non-gramatical mark error.
y-,-o [optional depending on emphasis]
y-,-b [ditto]
5-,-b
Senior Army General Article:
y-,-b
r-.-S
r-.-s
t-;-h [um... there's an issue w/ the second part of this sentence not having a subject, so the attachments show what I think it the least intrusing method for correcting it.]
r-,-i [or maybe t if you add a "they" to give part II of the sentence a subject]
l-'-s
e-.-T
r-.-W
Here he comes again Article:
y-,-s
r-,-i
m-,-p
s-.-A
f-,-w
r-.-h
Worker's Parade Article:
y-'-s
r-'-s
t-,-t
p-.-, [probably the t following the ","]
y-'-s [what letters should be used when chaning cities plural to possesive]
Further Investigation Article:
e-,-a
t-,-I
r-,-w [optional]
umm dunno what to do about changing caring to carrying
s-,-a
Whole Family Are Taken Article:
dunno what to do about chaning on to in
9-:-3
r-,-t
dunno what to do about was-were
n-,-w
I kinda think this might be a blind alley, so I won't bother posting the scans of my corrections, though if anyone wants them, I'd be happy to post them.

Corrections No problem... I'm a bit of a grammar geek (though I may have missed something-caveat emptor).
As I was looking at my corrections, I figured that it might actually be helpful to see where they are, so I've attached my scans.... there are a lot of things that I really might leave out while trying to make sense of the letters. I hope I'm not causing all kinds of problems by pulling up a lot of nearly random data -- quite a few of these errors don't seem deliberate.
Anyway, here ya go... I'll poke through the earlier ones trying to make sense of this mess.
