The Chronicles of Narnia

http://www.narnia.com

Chock full of eye candy. The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe comes out in December - the trailer is on the site.

Talk about a good move for an ARG to be based on. Rabbit-holes galore Smile

Shocked

I'm ecstatic. Waiting for this movie to come out is going to be rough. While everyone else in school had lord of the rings and wheel of time, I had Chronicles of Narnia. Read all 7 of them, and I'm now re-reading TL,TW,aTW. Anyone feel up to making a Narnia-based puzzle trail, at least? The original books were chock-full of riddles...

I'd have to finish the books before I even begin pondering a rabbithole for this.

Such a deprived child, never read LoTR or Narnia.

After you're done in Narnia, check out Lloyd Alexander's Prydain books, and Susan Cooper's Dark is Rising series!

oooh, I loved the Dark is Rising books. My class had to read the first one in 8th grade and I begged the teacher for weeks to let me read ahead and start the others.

By the way, if you want other kids books with which to hone the small minds of your little ARGers-to-be, make sure you give them The Westing Game and The Phantom Tollbooth.
