Well, caducorum has been handled, but I would like to know where you get highest angel out of that...omnium is 'all', so wouldn't it be 'and the names (of) all the angels in Heaven...'?[/i]

You're probably right, heh, I can't remember any of it now.

i took a look at the symbol in the return address to see what i could do, since everyone else is on the latin and i def. couldnt help out there. the symbol looks like a crescent moon, cross, and star of david; or the symbols of islam, christianity and judaism. there isnt any country's flag with that symbol, but the only place i know of where all 3 religions come together is the Dome of the Rock in Israel. all 3 faiths consider it sacred, maybe whoever sent all these out is there. just a theory though...

You could be onto something there...

Sorry I've been so slack. Here is the scan of the bible page I received.

The envelope had the crescent/cross/hebrew star in place of a return address and written on the back was hunlsz huk khltvuz.

hey, digging this one up cos I got a reply with a good Latin translation... I don't think there's any unsolved puzzle in it, but interesting nonetheless

Quote:
...it means something like "The shibboleth word
of the key (or club) bearers". It could mean "The word of the club(key)
bearers is shibboleth".
The other phrase means "In the name of all the fallen celestial angels (or
of the angels fallen from heaven) who walk amongst you" although the
"ambulantium" is incorrect and so is the "que". "que" doesn't exist in
Latin. It could be "qui". The second part of the phrase should be "qui inter
vos ambulant".

i still think the shibboleth is still just a hint to needing a password

the fall angels who walk amongst us is an interesting one tho, it suggests there's a whole other faction involved...

I think the answer to the translation is within the site itself. Check out the "Realm" on the passowrd protection of the following:

http://www.sefer-raziel.com/angels ... it says "All the names of the Angels..." Which would explain the first part of the message.

http://www.sefer-raziel.com/daemons ... it says "The Daemons that walk among you..." Daemons were Angels that have fallen, thus in my reasoning, CADUCORUM means "Daemons"

The first package refers to the password, maybe the latest find will refer to a username.

ok, those "realm" titles are the same sentences as in the Flash file, so it's not telling us much

and yes, Caducorum effectively means Daemons as its "the fallen"

I've sent an email, hoping to get a translation to the extra text soon...

so far from: FOSSAM SAEMONIS TE INVENIRE NECESSE EST

Fossam has something to do with a ditch or an Abyss
Invenire: _venir_ is "to come", In- is an opposite (in english/french), so I'm confused (possibly return? or could be like come in)
not sure bout Saemonis, but I'm guessing that 'summon' is related
Necesse as in necessity

but i can't make any sense out of the sentence

Invenire means "to find." Necesse is "necessary" (or unavoidable/inevitable) I have no clue what saemonis is. My best guess so far is "It is necessary for you to find the *something* trench/abyss."

Just to save anyone else the time, the text on the outside of the envelops is ROT-19 for "angels and daemons"
