Try running that again, I re-ran it just to make sure.

The sequence that I ran was:

81286241954063

using the Base36 decoder at http://www.geocities.com/xulfrepus/folder/base.html

and I got

It seems Windows XP default Zip has a limit on password length.
Using Winzip and ascii to binary conversion, the password for downloadedpics.zip is:
