[?] 696C6561736500.jpg {SD4\My Travel\bdoc.zip}

Hello,
as there have been two mails recently going back and forth ( http://iannet.lastresortretrieval.com/nisha/secret/mailinbox/0150.html and http://iannet.lastresortretrieval.com/nisha/secret/mailinbox/0152.html ) on the file 696C6561736500.jpg in bdoc.zip purporting to show a lease by Ian of a home, I looked a bit at the filename.
Since I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere here, I just wanted to say that the image name decodes to "ilease", "I lease", if you convert to binary, pad with a leading 0 and convert to text with http://www.roubaixinteractive.com/PlayGround/Binary_Conversion/Binary_To_Text.asp
As I'm not sure if there are yet more clues/puzzles in this document, I've labeled it [?]

Using our newfound Base 36 converter you can change the top input to base 10 and the bottom to base 36. Input "62912079022384" and hit convert to get: "materials"

Just as a follow-up to this and if it hasn't already been mentioned:
the adress that is given on that purported lease (Via Castellani etc.) is the same that appears in the bdoc.pdf and bdoc2.pdf files on the SD1 card, this time dating back to January ("Gennario") and early February. Gunter Banderwine is named as the client and this address is the same as the one of Gunter's obscure plaster etc. company (ingrosso stucco etc.)

I sent Nisha an E-Mail telling her that the address is also in the SD1 files. Jlandgr, I gave you the hat tip for finding it.

Matt
