Oh dear, how sad (if true).
Should we try to contact Veo (treating him with the same circumspection we applied to Zoe, of course)? Has anyone heard from him (lately or at all?)

I sent the following message to Veo:

dear mr. hay-bote,

Condolences are all i can offer on the death of your daughter zoe. Only god knows how this senseless violence can happen in our 'civilized' world. Needless to say, i know this isn't any comfort at this time. Fathers and daughters share a special bond and I'm sure you and zoe were no different. Remember the good times you shared with her. May you and your family pull through this stronger and closer than before. Zoe and I had not had the chance to meet yet, but i know of her through some mutual friends. Oh, i hope you can forgive me for intruding on you during a time of grief. Even i realize it can be awkward to share this moment with a total stranger. DEATH need not be the end.

Hmm. Would be sad, but I don't believe it. Killer update though (excuse the pun). I knew the wait was building up to something - but don't you think it's a little odd how Russel talks to her and nearly cracks her and a few days after she turns up dead? And didn't Leo say that Zoe wasn't an 18-year-old student, Zoe Hay-Bote wasn't her name and Veo wasn't her dad? And the last thing she said to Russel before signing off was 'don't belive all you said in the papers'?

Hey, that's something. I'll say it a bit louder so everyone notices...
The last thing Zoe said to Russell was "dont beleive all you read in the papers"

Now don't you think that's a clue?

okay... so relieved and thanks to poorsod
for shining a light on the obvious for the rest
of us!!! Shocked

so after Russell attempts to "out" zoe
by confronting her with all that info..
if she's with the "bad guys".. why tell
us not to believe the papers? ....is
the temptress on both sides? is she
undercover for leo but so deep that
he can't reveal it to us.. or maybe
doesn't know himself? questions, questions..
what do you guys think?
