[UPDATE] May 26th Phone call from Nisha to Gunter saying she wants to meet him (oo-er). She wants to discuss something that has just come to light, presumably this email, which implicates Ian in Gunter's plan.
They are to meet on June 4th in Chicago.

Some thoughts on "Ian's Lease"
1: It doesn't appear to be a fax of an agreement. If it is an original - it would mean that it would have to have been mailed in, since as far as I know, Ian hasn't been out of the country since January.
2: The document has no apparent creases in it (except in the lower lefthand corner). If it was mailed into Italy, it would had to have been placed in a flat envelope and sent out.
3: The only sample of Ian's writing that I'm aware about is his press pass from the car show. There are similarities - but if pressed I would say they didnt match. However, this only applies if Ian signed his own name on the press pass and not 'John McGill'. Looking at the press pass signature - it does look like the name could be 'Ian Yarborough'.
I'm still not totally convinced Ian is in on the Heist. I'm still holding out hope that he's being set up by someone. It would have been fairly easy for Gunter to fake this info to slip into the card in case this ever leaked out - and to frame his 'buddy' Nisha's boyfriend for the crime.

Damn! I was really hoping they would get to the San Francisco area. Oh, well I guess they came to Cali once already.
Let's see:
South East Coast - Atlanta
South West Coast - Coachella (LA/San Diego basically)
North East Coast - NYC
Mid-West (Eastern) - Chicago
Mid-West (Western) - Denver
Think they'll be more?

Twice to California if you count our little not so secret mission with Ian.

Didn't see it posted anywhere else yet, but there was a phone call between Nisha ane Emile. Nisha snubs his attempts to schedule her for a MoCap session. There's lots of subtle play about virgil's desire for nisha.

P.S. Where the hell is Ian?

Doh! Sorry didn't mean to slight your efforts. A trip to SF seems even more remote.
Maybe somewhere in Mid-west south - Dallas or New Orleans, perhaps
OR
the Northeast - Boston seems a good bet
I'll still cheer for the SF area though.
