just recieved a couple more emails from alison.

first:"Wake me up, before you go, go... don't you leave me hangin' like a yo-yo... wake me up, before you hobo tonight... take me dancing tonight."

this is from the song "wake me up before yo go-go" by wham. only hobo is not in the song. i think this may be a clue about the symbol.

second: "My post... yes. I think Derk might be mad though. I had to change his password on him so he didn't delete it."

alison's responce verifying she posted "findthesymbol".
so now we know derk can no longer communicate to us through his blog.

Tonight we had another visit from Derk -- as you can read, he got rather close to a visit to UF -- third time there's been a mention of something kinda meta by ig characters (In response to a someone's question, Derk asked "What's an ARG?", either Derk or Allison asked about UF in response to something at some point, and tonight...) we need to be careful
