Thats a pic of London, the tallest building is the Natwest tower and the second tallest is Swiss Re. I live with an architect who has helped me out on this one. I have created a map to show the buildings and a possible line of sight.
The top left circle is Drapers hall, second circle is Tower 42, 3rd circle is Swiss Re, 4th circle is Lloyds of London. I have also drawn a possible line of sight and feel like I might have a wander over there later and see if I can spot these buildings and where it was taken from.
Zola two of your uploaded pics dont work (The first and Third) . The source code just lists the pages you can access in that directory.
Also the picture on Zoes blog of the city is the bottom left hand corner of the skyline pic.

I think it's the top of St Paul's Cathedral.
It fits in with your line of sight, Russell, and there is a curved stone balcony wall in the foreground.
Only problem there is that I can see nothing on your map corresponding to the thing with a spire (Which is definitely NOT St Paul's)

There is a church which corresponds, called St Mary le-Bow but I drew over it when i did the line of sight! I also thought St Pauls but I couldnt remember if that had an outside viewing gallery.

Oh it does - I remember when I was a lot younger than I am now being on it, and taking similar pictures
Not with that funky pinecone-shaped building though - one of my favourite pieces of London architecture

The "gherkin" is cool! Especially at christmas as it just looked like a big christmas tree.

yeah. it was lit up like a...
um...
christmas tree. Damn you Russel. You got the only good simile.
spotted something. Link up the major landmarks and the LOS and you get what I've drawn on.
Probably nothing, but worth a try...
Suddenly had another thought. Can someone (not me as I have to go and do a barbeque now) try joining up the points in the http://www.imfriendly.co.uk/leo666/apps riddle and see if anything glaringly obvious shows up?

try doing what I did with the landmarks in that pic
Also the grid references on http://ww.imfriendly.co.uk/leo666/apps need checking and crossreferencing.

I dont think the landmarks are that important, some of the landmarks i have referenced arent really landmarks they are just boring buildings that only an architect would know about. I.e Drapers Hall.

Sorry, I have to say, she told us the picture on her blog was of pemesent, which it quite clearly isn't given our new photo, so what does this mean? Zoe is in our dimension? That of course doesn't correlate with the Text File on the computer terminal... Curious...
