??Zoe: remember 9pm
Ditto here. Actually, that was my first contact with Zoe, and i missed it too; dinner.
Perhaps "Ctrl, Alt, SHift, Space" is her way of letting us know that the numbers represent keyboard strokes, i.e. letters (as if we hadn't thought of that?!)?

This is Leo talking at the moment - he has hacked into Zoe's account.

Any news on the puzzle? I don't think it's actually anything to do with the maths, and if the clue is CTRL-ALT-SH-SP, we are pretty stuck.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
If you put all the answers next to each other, it turns up '30934241812820', which, when you split them into 7 2-digit numbers, sum up to 335.
If you take 1-digit numbers, you get '3 0 9 3 4 2 4 1 8 1 2 8 2 0' which sum up to 65.
Maybe someone who isn't meant to be rivising could continue that.

I was brainstorming again and thought that the title might have a double meaning, I googled FMT and there are a number of sites including ascii references and HTML code. If anyone is better at this than me, I would appreciate an extra pair of eyes.

I thought it might be a key to the transcript
number of letters, number of characters, numerb of words first letter, and so on, but no luck either with the sums or with the individual numbers.
I actually woke up out of bed to work on it,
and with a job interview in the morning.
Wish it had panned out.

The first number refers to the keyboard row and the second number refers to how many along you need to count
If id known they were recording, I would have done myself up a bit! lol
We did notice that person crouched down near the beginning do you remember guys. Which means there were at least three people there that day:
Video Person
Man with HMV message
And woman with envelopes
Although I still think that woman we followed for a bit was suspicious! lol
Any ideas what LSA#3 is?

next step? brilliant solve Russle_k
simple, though anything but obvious
And the video while entertaining doesn't present any obvious new avenues to me,
(though i'd say the girl blocking the shot towards the end looks incredibly suspicious)
But it doesn't seem to bring us any closer to a solution in it's own right.
Do we think that the page will offer new info later on, (as seems to have been the case in a number of clues) or do we think there is information hidden in the page we have yet to find?
I again turned the file into a .rtf to look for text info, but nothing
I did find the word zoe in it three times, but not in any meaningful context.
Is there a general consensus on where we should be looking next?
Or are we just waiting for more info?
Appologies in advance if this falls outside of arg ettiquite,
Soggy

Dont worry your Arg etiquette is eloquent! lol
Well seeing as previous changes have been small there could be something we have overlooked. I will scour the source again today. Usually though if we have missed something they do tend to get out the big stick and poke us repeatedly till we wake up.
*Edit - Ok I have been back through the source of every page we have ever been given and I cannot find a thing.

And if poking fails, sometimes you get a shove! There's often no use in looking too hard, because you'll start seeing things which aren't there and find yourself barking up the wrong tree.
PS great catch Russel. We were reading the clue too deep when the answer was staring us in the face.
