We are all fools!!

I hadn't even bothered to check the facts against what Violet was saying.
It can NOT be archer. Archer isn't the only missing sign.

The Dice, The three balls, The Maze, and even the Apple thief are absent.. so why would Archer be any different from these signs?

Violet is gonna get busted =) *snickers*

i.e
Archer - ?
Dice - ?
Three Balls - ?
Apple Thief - ?
Maze - ?

Hand - Shake (January 11 - February 10)
Baby - Face (February 11 - March 10)
Eagle - Eye (March 11 - April 10)
Spider - Work (April 11 - May 10)
Wave - Length (May 11 - June 10)
Archer - ? (June 11 - July 10)
Jug - Head (July 11 - August 10)
Dragon - Fly (August 11 - September 10)

so the three balls dice maze and apple thief would have been following the dragon, had the puzzle gone on.

has been mentioned before Wink i think we should lie this thread to rest, the puzzle has been solved.

yeah- it's what's missing from the sequence given, not what's missing altogether... like if they gave you 3,5,...,9 and asked you for what was missing- you'd say 7, not every other prime number not on the list.

I am all about Archer being the wrong answer and Violet getting caught. However, I think that 'caught' is the wrong word. She started acting funny after her first visit (the strange post). I said it before and I will say it again, they are brainwashing people. Violet is next.

You know, I'm starting to wonder about Violet also. She alternates between disinterested and cocky and clumsy. What has she proven to us so far?

Why does she need a reason to return to the "compund?"

And we don't know anything about Gyvann either. Maybe s/he just babbled incoherently and people mistook it for profundity, or puzzles, and thence . . . new relegion was born. Explains the list anyway Wink

Sounds very Terry Pratchet! I know what you mean though, she'd like us to think she's really cool, calm and collected at all times, almost 'apathetic chic'. Then she's worrying at us on her blog. Seems she can't actually figure anything out on her own. Ceretin for Miss Kiteway please, Ward 3...

Ha! She's a loon. One in every genius family I suppose. Since she likes to play poker so much you'd think she'd be keen on BLUFFING her way in again.

I think Violet's a drug user and she just forgot . . . Wink

Oh well. Slap a [SOLVED] on it, Muffin.

Just cross your fingers and hope the puzzles get better.

Pah! I say. Just because it was right doesn't mean it makes any proper sense - but I'm glad to know that a group of technophobe monotheists predominantely protect their property with reference to colloquial Earth - type expressions of dubious etymology. And not with reference to religious festivals, theological beliefs, saints attributes or anything vaguely...er....'logical' like that Twisted Evil
