PUZZLE: Last scene in trailer has braille

Since the dawn of civilization, man has considered time immutable.
Perceived as an unstoppable force of nature, it controls our perception of events - past, present and future.

Or so we thought...

What if the flow of time is an illusion of perception?

What if time is a function of a deeper, unimaginable force?

Sunch a discovery would shatter our perceptions, our every concept of permanence and stability.

Whomever controls this discovery attains Godlike power.

You will have the power

Will you have the wisdom?

I've decoded the braille in Trailer 2:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The top reads:
YOU GOTTA STAND & PICK YOURSELF UP... HANGING AROUND DONT'T MEAN A THING UNLESS
YOU HOLD THE POWER RING.

The bottom reads:
& I'M STRUNG OUT ON THE FUTURE & BURNT OUT ON THE PAST.

The braille was a bit sloppy (for example, STAND actually decoded to STA%G) but
it was obvious that one of the dots was misplaced.

Anyways the two lines are lyrics to songs by a group called "Less Than Jake" (how
appropriate).
- The top is from Who Holds The Power Ring (album: Losers, Kings & Things
We Don't Understand - 1995).
- The second is from 107 (album: Losing Streak - 1996) - thanks to Aveena's googling

I emailed the braille decode to lakeSPLATlandau-luckman-lake.com and lll_pllcSPLATyahoo.com asking whether it was the answer to the 6th test.

adminSPLATacheron.us (not lake or lll_pllc) replied saying "Test 6 is not in the trailer."

So we're still left with "where the @#%$%@$ is the 6th test???"

According to a reply sent to dashcat's request for an interview with the PM:
"But I can't really do it while players have Test 6 out there to solve. Please work your magic (as I've just seen some do for CTW and focus on test 6) once it's solved. I will reveal a time and place to do this live event."

So test 6 is still out there somewhere!

Perhaps Test 6 is the logon puzzle we got from the CD distributed at the ARGFest? It might be a "backdoor" into NRU. The files in the purge directory are noted to be hacker assist programs.

The redirects all point to conspiracy theories.

Does anyone know how you can tell whether a login page is real or not? That is, whether it actually checks what's entered into the Logon and password boxes?

And what's a php file? (the login page goes to www.nru.us/physics/bd.php before redirecting to a random conspiracy/disaster/foia site)

If the form has no POST method, it's a safe bet it's a dummy. However, if it actually sends data to another page, you can't really tell unless you can get a copy of that page somehow (usually not possible).

PHP is a recursive acronym for "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor." According to PHP.net, it is a "widely-used general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited for Web development and can be embedded into HTML." This very forum software you are looking at now is scripted in PHP.

This is in the source of the logon.html page:
<FORM method="POST" action="http://www.nru.us/physics/bd.php">

So it does send data to another page, right? So at least there's a possibility it's a real logon page...
