I know there is nothing there yet but thought i would open a new thread for when they arrive! I thought it had been a while without an update. Smile

It seems that the leo666 popup image on Zoe's page is now positioned in such a manner that Zoe's name is blocked out - in effect now saying "leo666 world".
Or has it always done that? Or is it just my browser? Questions questions...

----->spec

Incidentally, talking about strange spelling, I had always read Zoe's blog entry entitled "Proven" as containing the hidden message "Cloven". It does not line up entirely, and you need not only look at capitals that should not be there, but also at capitals that should be there (the L in leo). Anyhow, Zoe is inconsistent in her capitalization, and I had to ignore the I, and the W in We. Still, the entry "Rant" clearly spells Prove, which led to imfriendly.co.uk/prove. Unfortunately this leads nowhere. Or is it a trick by Zoe and Veo to "demonize" leo? Cloven, 666?

----->end of spec

Have had a look and there is a hidden text file:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://www.imfriendly.co.uk/zoe0005/11104.txt

:: Fun Maths Test ::

3 x 10 =

3 x 3 =

3 x 1 =

1 x 4 =

4 x 6 =

2 x 9 =

3 x 4 =

2 x 4 =

2 x 10 =

- - - - - - - - -.htm

ok so its 9 letters or digits long. I have tried using all the numbers in sequence. Tried using each of the first digits. Tried each of the digits and when it is a double figure, adding them together. Also I have tried using the letter corresponding to that number. I have also tried each of these combinations in leos directory, Zoes directory and the root directory but nothing. Oh and I have also just tried using the number you are multiplying by.

ah beat me to it.
I'm trying to incorporate the text filename somehow. I'm not too sure how it can be used in order to produce a 9 digit number.

For the mathematically challenged:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

3x10 = thirty, 30
3x3 = nine, 9
3x1 = three, 3
1x4 = four, 4
4x6 = twenty four, 24
2x9 = eighteen, 18
3x4 = twelve, 12
2x4 = eight, 8
2x10 = twenty, 20

which sums up to 128 if you add them all together. 2^7 seems quite an even number to land on unintentionally.

Hello all.

I'm new to all this stuff and am trying to follow. I hope you don't mind me asking what may be a silly question...

Russell, where did you find the hidden file on the pictures site? I tried highlighting everything but that turned up nothing. Sorry if I am missing something basic, but I figure I won't be able to help until I work out how all these things work.

Cheers,

Steve

Another (1-line; I was eating dinner) convo:
Quote:
??Zoe: remember 9pm

Well, ctrl, alt, shift and space are the bottom-left 4 keys on the keayboard. If you press the keys with one one hand and not your thumb, then put your fingers in the same position on a guitar, it makes some sort of demented a-shape-meets-power-chord.
Just a thought
