It looks like Oak to me. Here's another pic of him for comparison.

Bummer too, he was a good guy. I guess we should all thank heavens that we got out of there safely, but i'm still sad to see Oak meet this end.

Scapegoat, former TatumThink employee, brilliantly captures Virgil's "essence."

Yes! that guy! gracias Smile
bear in mind, virgil recomended him. virgil is an ass, sure. but would he setup a guy to both work fFor nisha, then be killed? you know, if virgil is behind the heist. Maybe. Virgil is, afterall, a baby-grinder as HitsHerMark points out regularly Smile but if virgil actually likes Oak, then he wouldnt set him up only to have him killed. would he?

Myke screws up the comms, dies.
Oak screws up the cams, dies.

A trend?

Well, is it possible that Oak was killed for not ensuring the cameras worked well enough?

But why... it doesn't seem to further the story at all to kill off myke and oak.

like old sci-fi shows? Because I could swear you just stole that line from Kim Possible...

and hey... it does slightly further the story... because now it is spec on why these people were killed and who is behind it all... me, personally, think that Nisha is behind it all and if someone fails at their task she kills them... you never know why she is really helping out Ian... I mean she could have had some guy with her for that lease and she made him sign it 'Ian Yarbrough'... it seems highly likely to me...

Being the Star Trek geek that I am...

This refers to how you could always tell who was going to die on the Original Series of Star Trek. If an away team had a member that was lucky enough to wear a red shirt - that member was always the first one to die the horrible-death-of-the-week. Without fail. The other colors managed to live much more productful lives (which is sad cuz the red looked much better than those ugly yellow uniforms).

Basicly, the only extra uniform shirts were red, so chumpy of the week always wore the red uniform shirts.

That's why it is amusing that they put the Command Officers in Red for Next Generation, DS9, and Voyager.
