Any significance to the fact that his email was coby3@hallucimill.cityofdomes.net? Not sure if that would matter but it may give us a clue about the identity or at least the motive of coby3.

 		I have an idea about bliss
I was reading on a Logan's Run website and I found a section that talked about Lysergic Foam (LF) aka "synthetic bliss" with regards to the Hallucimill. I wonder if that's what coby3 was talking about. Possibly, we'll recieve this or something like it in the mail. Dunno, just thought this may be relavent.

 		I got an email as well, without ever having contacted Coby3. If you registered as Citizen, then you most likely got an email.
