Looks to be OOG from what I can see. Whois comes up with real coporate info for legion-tech.com, so I'm gonna say they're not part of it.

BTW, has anyone checked the .jpg to see if it's stegged?

EDIT: Checked it with stegdetect and getting a positive on jphide. Now we just have to find out the passphrase

No thats the standard message unless you get the password correct. There is no way around destegging unless you know the exact password and case so its very much trial and error.

I've tried every passphrase I can think of and keep getting "Passphrase wrong". Either this image isn't stegged or I can't figure out the passphrase. Anyone else working on this?

lol, hello to you, okay, on the front page of the site (I realized this was mentioned earlier), you'll see a link 'Find out' and after that 'more about LegionPharma'. Scroll over the letters 'fi' and sit there, or look in the source codes. Then, 'nd', finally, 'out'.
