[EMAIL/SOLVED] from SMHQ for Recruit Login

I just got this:

Quote:
Citizen;

While your SMHQ surveillance file reflects some unusual activity,
we still believe you have the potential to be a Sandman of some
stature. From this moment on you will be held to a higher standard.
Your honesty and abilities will be monitored, tracked, and evaluated.

As stage one of your recruitment, please complete the following
sequences for access to SMHQ SRI.

my puzzle was here....

There is no need to respond to this communication.
There is no need to share this access sequence.

SMHQ
Sandman Recruit Interface Coordinator
cityofdomes.net

Some of them are pretty obvious, but I'm at work now so I don't have time to think about it any more. But there's "no need to respond" so I'm not sure what to do with the answers....nm...its on the SMHQ page...

SM

edit: Hmmm...now I'm being held to higher standards and higher scrutiny, so maybe I'm not supposed to post my puzzle, i cut it out...

Well lets see the obvious answers... I'll number the blank answer as it appears in the e-mail, and the pattern it follows.

1. 10 - add 2
2. ? - ?
3. W - north south east
4. 6 - Divide by 1.5
5. ? - ?

any ideas?

I'm not sure what we should do about this. Part of me wants to say screw it and post them...we should be allowed to share stuff here..but I am a bit paranoid that the PM's are gonna be looking here....

If we share the codes here, then ANYONE reading these forums would be able to sign up to be a Sandman.

Do you want that?

Hmmm, I'm still not getting this. There are lots of things I could try, but that message that comes up when you get the wrong code freaks me out. How do you guys feel about going on AIM to discuss this? I'm on right now if you want.... lukebaile

i wouldnt do it, too easily intercepted by a runner guised as a sandman applicant. Seriously people, we cant have that.

Although the code only gets you into the recruitment interface where there are presumably more tests. They may also lock it down to specific logins. Like you may have the code but if you aren't on the list of approved users, you still can't get in.

I received this email minutes after applying for the second time to be a Sandman.

I have tried actually putting in the first sequence we were given in the email in the SRI interface, but it did'nt work.

This must be some kind of a puzzle, hope we can work it out.

I also reckon we all got the same codes.
