I got the call at 2CST, from Andrew8. I can't remember all of the questions that he asked me but I'm sure that these are them

Name a standard assault tactic
Name one of the two stickmen
Sandmen will pursue Runners not as what?
What is the crouch that all Sandmen must know?

Well, I think thats all of them. I messed up on the stickmen question...wah!!!! But, he said it was ok!

suggestion, counter-interview

Someone should take the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge of the Rules of Conduct document and ask Charile3/Andrew8:
"where should I report for my baseline physical?"

we dont how far along we are in the application process, while it would show knowledge, it would also show arrogance in that you would be saying that you are automatically going to be a sandman when we are, in fact, applying.

Man... I got my call in the middle of a graduation party yesterday. It was so unexpected and it made me very happy... and yet I couldn't think of any correct answers. Crying or Very sad

What did they say to you cause you did'nt get any right? Did they tell you that they were gonna clear your application and put it back in the processing system?

I'm just curious to see if citizens will still pass and become Sandmen, even if they got all the questions wrong.

He wouldn't tell me if I was correct or not, but I really didn't know any of the answers.

For the partners question, I answered 2. For the thing about evidence, I said SMHQ but he wanted a specific department and I couldn't think of anything. For the crouch thing, I was so mad because I remembered reading that the day before, but couldn't remember what it was called. I just said the knee crouch and proceeded to begin crying.

You actually cried on the phone?

I don't think any of us were told if we were right or not on all the questions, I was basically told I was correct on the partners question. We had a bit of a laugh about it.

So I am carrying around a copy of the ROC all day at work, just in case. Worried the call will come when I'm busy with a patient, or in the elevator with other passengers, or in the...you know. Embarassed

But I'm prepared!!! Come on, call me!!! I dare you!!! Twisted Evil

And now that I'm ready to leave work, I'll get the call while driving, or in the various shops stops I have to make on my way home. Rolling Eyes

I'm sure they're watching us (Like Big Brother)!!

I was sat down all day waiting and hoping for the phone to ring, and the minuteI get up and get myself prepared to go shopping, they ring as I am literally opening my front door!!

I had to come back indoors and try to compose myself to talk to them, my partner was on the PC, so I could'nt even get to the ROC! AAAAGGGHHHHHHHHHH Mad

Be warned Konamouse, they'll catch you at a very awkward moment Wink

If you would have really cried, they may have overlooked you answering the question incorrectly. It would show your dedication! Very Happy

i was hoping they would call me while i was out on a run, because i use my cell for a timer. I could have been winded and been like "oh sorry, i was practicing for if i ever become a sandman and have to do my DistRun."

yeah.

Phone call from Charlie3

Phone call at 3:20pm PST.
Same as before, initial ring from 408-635-1080 (rings twice then disconnects) followed immediately by 202-558-5422.

Knowing exactly who it was, I grabbed my hard copy of ROC and ran into the breakroom (thank ghod I was between patients).

I think I may have flustered Charlie3 when I answered "This is Heather14", because he still went into his script and seemed surprised that "I was waiting for your call back" (I reminded him that they had left me a message a couple of days ago). He goes into the usual spiel about being surprised that my application ended up on his desk "since you scored in the top 1%" but he still had to go through the process so he was going to ask me a few questions. A few???? Heck, I got EIGHT!

1. Sandman will not pursue Runners as a _______
2. What is the maximum number of partners per week for a Sandman?
3. Do you know the names of the Sandman Leader's stickmen?
4. Where do Sandman go to check out Runner evidence?
5. What is the name of the crouch used by Sandmen?
6. What is the minimum number for an invasion team?
Then he asked for clarification of my submission that "I would look good in the uniform" - almost chided me because the uniform is not to be sought after just to "look cool". I explained that what I meant was that the uniform would show off my athleticism and I would command respect. He seemed to accept that. Then asked one more question.
8. What is MFI (sounded like MSI so I said that his question was a little unclear over "these communication devices..did you mean MSI or MF (F as in Francis)I?" He confirmed "F as in Francis").

Then he said that my application would be "reinstated into the Sandman Recruiting Interface"

I'm still thinking we are missing a clue in the ROC, something that might lead us to the SMHQ login without passing this exam, or to a hidden web page (like that found via The New You).

I see you were quizzed a lot too Heather.

I wonder if they are watching these forums and quizzed you and I a lot cause we are the Mods here?

I also had the question:

Where do Sandman go to check out Runner evidence?

But strangely enough, I never had the Sandman crouch one that everyone else seems to have had.

I did not have the crouch one either,

but,

i think a lot of our questions will be answered (about evidence and the such) when we actually become sandmen.
