Did anyone else think that when Michiko says "how similar our worlds are" (4:58 ) that it sounds an awful lot like the voice in the video? But then, why would the editor of the PXC Sentinel record something like that? Perhaps the internal edition has an audio component?

DF, if I haven't said it before; you rock. Thank you. Interesting. listening to it again, I notice how evasive she is about where PPC is; actually, I could give a better answer than the one she gave. And then... "the upscale shopping at (what sounds like) Isabel lavernay of course..." (3:47)and looky futures!

That is a spectacular Isabella Levenay clutch you picked up, and I for one am so the jealous. Acts of good taste pay off big: later this week, a simple subway chat about the luxe life is going to turn into a whopper of an opportunity.

...but... she comes across dumb. And she is supposed to be the Chief Ed Ffs. And not flying? wha? It really paints a picture of a bunch of Savants squinting myopically up from their text books Terry Pratchet style going, 'What? oh...did they?...Aeroplanes, is it?'.
In My Humble Opinion.

...

oh. Its the reKAYda cube.

i'll get my coat.

Salunkh, you're wrong I'm afraid- talksport have not been paid a penny to run any interviews about perplex city. In fact, they're rarely paid to run any interviews, unless they tie in with a sponsorship deal.

They are paid quite often for interviews being played....how do you think a commercial station is kept alive?

well, scarlett is his daughter. and michiko has an american/gladstone accent/dialect so maybe she's just saying it wrong. kinda like the way cafe is supposed to be caf-ay but us english lot are lazy and call them caf-ee's, or if you're in eastenders, caffs.

i thought the interview was ace, miles better than scarletts. the lack of air travel may explain the relative insularness of perplex city, although maybe it means we could do a trade with them for some 747 blueprints, any aeronautical engineers on board? ;)

rach =)

Interesting that the interview specifically mentioned delays in the production of the cards. I suspect the whole interview is scripted and it was perhaps MC's in-game attempt to tell us that they will not make the June release date? On the other hand, they always said the cards where a secondary level to the game and not vital to solving the puzzle of the cube. Still, it would be nice to be given something we could get our teeth into... Confused

This argument isn't worth having, but I promise you on my whole family's life that talksport aren't on MindCandy's payroll!
